I may give you some steps for a good beginning….
- Allow yourself your loss with all the components, with all the factors involved in this loss. Allow yourself to experience the loss fully, the pain fully. Accepting your loss is the first step to the beginning of healing.
- The second step is to allow yourself the knowledge of emptiness; to understand that you have been emptied of all previous personality.
- Once you have accepted your emptiness, and your loss, you may begin to fill up again with what you choose. Three is connecting to Spirit to begin to fill that emptiness with Spiritual knowledge rather than personality.
- Four is to begin to relate to person’s around you. Four is also about finding the nature of Oneness in the individual aspects of all of Nature. So it is not now a personal thing, it is an interactive experience. It is the beginning of the acknowledgment, “I am on earth and I still exist and there are others around me who still exist.”
- Five is to then experience the Oneness of family and friends, self and Spirit - to understand that now that you are an emptied out being, you can find your Spiritual aspect. i.e.. Now I will blend myself, earth and other planes of consciousness for my own healing.
- Six is to allow yourself the whole loss experience once again. To feel it - at this level - once again. To reaffirm your commitment to healing once again.
- Seven is to speak to others about your experience of Loss. Not to minimize your loss. To tell them what you have learned from this experience is quite healing.
- Eight is to begin to perceive a life after Loss. To begin to look for signs, signals, opportunities that will present themselves. Just to see them, not to act on them.
- Nine is to begin to act on your future opportunities. To build again from your emptiness and spirituality rather than from your personality.
- Ten is to begin to look back. Since you have process in your life, now that you have begun your opportunities, this step encourages you to look back to where you have been and how far you have come. It’s a reaffirming place that “I have been,” and “I will be.”
- Eleven is allowing yourself to be touched once again. We wish for you to know that all the time you are developing your spiritual sense, with guides, prayer, meditation, or whatever you wish along the way, it is understood that you are connecting with your God at each one of these steps. And that you are never truly alone.
Love & Light, Janith
